Background
The future of any country is based on the quality of its human resources. The prevailing situation in Bangladesh’s important sectors like education, food & health, employment, socio-culture, and environment is a reflection of the existing quality of our human resources. Human resource development can be an effective solution to get rid of the negative effects of the existing situation.
In this context, it is possible to develop skilled human resources through research-based programs, creating skilled manpower based on sectors and conducting innovative organizational activities.
SOMRIDDHO BANGLADESH has adopted two special action plans under the title of ‘Youth Development Initiatives’ and ‘Women and Children Development Initiatives’, committed to human resource development. We aim to address the multifaceted challenges faced by the situation in human resource development by realizing the full potential of individuals through social participation in partnership with partners, stakeholders, and local organizations. At present, the organization is conducting comprehensive programs with partnerships to implement the objective of human resource development.
Above all, SOMRIDDHO BANGLADESH is determined to build a bright and prosperous future for all its citizens through innovative education initiatives undertaken through human resource development, safe food assurance and desirable health services, planned employment infrastructure formulation, and social and cultural plans.

Our focus
Effective Education
We have earned only a few institutional certificates in return for the years invested in our education. As a result, we are considered inexperienced when we join the workforce after formal education. As a solution in this case, we are working to implement an effective education system. Where a student is acquiring the practical skills of his/her studied subject along with the studies during the institutional education. Then he/she (the learner) is considered experienced and competent when joining the workplace due to acquiring practical skills in his studied subject.
SOMRIDDHO BANGLADESH is conducting programs through partnerships with various educational institutions and local organizations across the country to implement effective education systems.
Safe food & Health
Mental health and physical health are very closely related. As a result, good mental health can positively affect your physical health. Conversely, poor mental health can negatively affect your physical health. Good mental health is certainly the foundation of good health. On the other hand, the ingredients in our diet have a profound effect on our mental health. Therefore, the importance of safe food is essential in ensuring good health (Mental and Physical). That is why it is said – ‘you are what you eat.’ SOMRIDDHO BANGLADESH is running the program through a partnership with various farmer organizations, and health service institutions across the country to ensure good health (mental and physical) including safe food production.
Skill up & Employment
Unemployment is a curse. As a result, a person becomes prone to financial hardship, family tension and breakdown, social isolation, and even crime. Two of the main causes of unemployment today are underemployment and lack of skilled workforce. SOMRIDDHO BANGLADESH is working to create new job opportunities both domestically and internationally to eradicate the scourge of unemployment. Moreover, various programs are being implemented across the country in collaboration with Skill Development School (a member organization of SOMRIDDHO BANGLADESH) through partnership with local organizations to develop skilled manpower according to the workplace.
Community & Culture
Culture is the lifeblood of a wealthy society. Our culture helps define who we are. Along with opportunities to connect with others, culture improves our quality of life and brings overall well-being to both individuals and communities. At present, we have focused on the positive aspects of community-based social systems. Where the social groups will become centers of practice of manners and advanced culture through socialization, formation of good habits, and development of values.
SOMRIDDHO BANGLADESH is conducting various programs through partnership with various local organizations across the country to build a community-based prosperous social system through the practice of manners and advanced culture.
Environment & Climate
Climate change is a major concern in the present scenario. This problem has arisen in the last few decades. Greenhouse gases are the main cause of climate change. Environmental problems are the harmful effects of human activities on the environment. These include water pollution, air pollution, deforestation, solid waste management, overpopulation, global warming, ozone layer destruction, etc. In this situation, if people are not aware of environmental issues, then the consequences can be more difficult. Active participation of all people is very important in solving the existing crisis by creating awareness about environmental issues.
SOMRIDDHO BANGLADESH is running various programs through nationwide partnerships at the individual and local organizational levels to establish a balance between people and the environment.

An ideal mother can be the inspiration for building a prosperous nation. The presence of a well-educated mother brings fulfillment to a child’s life. An ideal mother can develop the child’s latent psyche to give an ideal family, a just society and a prosperous nation. Prosperous Bangladesh is conducting various programs for the mental development of women through partnerships with local organizations across the country with the aim of creating ideal families. Where a well-educated mother plays an effective role in the physical and mental development of children. As a result of which a new generation based on science is being formed. Our prosperous Bangladesh will be developed through the concerted efforts, perseverance, patience, and more effective steps of our new generation.
